Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed. Processing and fulfillment times apply to all orders, including expedited shipping. 

We offer free shipping on orders above $250 across Canada and the USA.

Shipping on orders under $250 and outside Canada or the USA is calculated at checkouts.

Returns

If you do not know your order number, please contact us and we can help you with that.

We want you to love your Samsara products as much as we do. If you receive your items and are not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help! You can return unworn items hassle-free within 30 days of receiving your order to receive a store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that SALE items may be returned for store credit only. 

Returned items must still have the original tags and no visible signs of wear or use.

Note: water bottles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We offer free shipping on exchanges or store credit. For refunds, there is a $10 processing fee. To start a return, please go to our portal here.

Price Adjustments

Samsara is happy to offer price adjustments on orders within 7 days of the order date. 

Warranty

We guarantee our products against defects for one year from the date of purchase. If your product has a defect, please contact us and we will replace the product or provide a refund, depending upon the availability of the product.

Please send your warranty claim request to service@samsara-cycle.com and include your original order number. We can help you look that up if needed. Please include a description of the defect and photos.

Once your warranty claim is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return label for you to send the clean items back to us.

Please note, normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

The most common wear and tear damage to biking clothes comes from sharp screws on your bike or spin bike, which sometimes snag materials. We use durable and comfortable premium fabrics, but unfortunately, like all fabrics, they are vulnerable to sharp things. This type of damage is not considered a defect.

If you have an accident or fall on your bike and damage your Samsara gear, we are happy to offer you a discount of 40% for replacement items.

Please email us at service@samsara-cycle.com requesting a replacement, plus a photo of the damaged item, to begin the replacement process.
