We guarantee our products against defects for one year from the date of purchase. If your product has a defect, please contact us and we will replace the product or provide a refund, depending on the availability of the product.

Please send your warranty claim request to service@samsara-cycle.com and include your original order number. We can help you look that up if needed. Please include a description of the defect and photos.

Once your warranty claim is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return label for you to send the clean items back to us.

Please note, normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

The most common wear and tear damage to cycling clothes comes from sharp screws on your bike or spin bike, which sometimes snag materials. We use durable and comfortable premium fabrics, but unfortunately, like all fabrics, they are vulnerable to sharp things. This type of damage is not considered a defect.

Accidents happen and we're here for you. If you have an accident and damage your Samsara gear, we are happy to offer you a discount of 40% for replacement items.

Please email us at service@samsara-cycle.com requesting a replacement, plus a photo of the damaged item, to begin the replacement process.

Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed. Processing and fulfillment times apply to all orders, including expedited shipping. 

We offer $25AUD flat rate shipping to Australia for orders under $250. And Free shipping on orders over $250.

We offer free shipping on exchanges or store credit. For refunds, there is a $10 processing fee. To start a return, please go to our portal here.
